This is a two-day training where you will learn the basic concepts of product management to get a comprehensive foundation of knowledge in the field. Learn the different product management phases and examples of division of labor and roles, to understand how its interaction leads to better products. Other areas being discussed is the user experience, and how to work with it throughout the company. You also get an overview of the product life cycle and how the product line can support marketing and sales.
